Cascade Radon follows all measures recommended by local health agencies and the CDC, as well as our own guidelines during this period of heightened concern for the COVID-19 virus and flu season.
These measures include, but are not limited to:
Asking staff to stay home if they have any flu-like symptoms
Having staff wash their hands frequently with soap and warm or hot water for at least 20 seconds—or using hand sanitizer when hand washing is not an option
Increased spacing for office-based staff
Our field staff is prepared to protect themselves and those at the work site using appropriate measures should a situation require or as may be deemed prudent – including wearing of face masks, gloves, and safety glasses.
Other methods employed to help prevent the spread of the virus include:
Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
Avoid close contact with people who are sick and reduce interactions such as handshakes with others
Cough or sneeze into a tissue and dispose of the tissue in the trash
Observing social separation as much as possible while work is being performed
We do request that our customers please alert us immediately if they have any concerns regarding our staff entering their home, as their safety and the safety of our staff is our greatest concern.
